Climbing

Climbing on Cape Verde is relatively new in the events programme of local agencies which, however, concentrate heavily on this offer. You must observe that the young volcanic rock is only suitable for climbing in certain areas due to the soft tuff rocks and the fragile porphyrin. As such, we highly recommend that climbing tours only be conducted together with experienced mountain guides who possess the corresponding equipment and material.

Our establishment works in this area with professional agencies together who seek out and hire the mountain guides based on stringent criteria.

Climbing tours are offered for small and smaller groups (at least 4 people) and are solely conducted on request and after consultation.
