The modern hotel facilities dispose via 55 standard/double rooms, 15 superior double rooms as well as 3 suites. All room units include a bath/toilet, hair dryer, air conditioning unit, TVSAT with international channels, a mini bar and a balcony.

A majority of the rooms have a "direct view of the water", a few rooms have a view of the water from the side.

The rooms are located partially on the ground level, with several being on the first and second floors of the hotel facility. The upper floors are reachable per elevator. Some rooms are designed with a connection door from room to room. The street by the hotel ends immediately after the hotel facility so that there is no through traffic.
