The SANTANTAO ART RESORT offers a wide assortment of international dishes, particularly French and Italian cuisine, but also local Cape Verdean specialties. Cultivated hospitality and a European level of service awaits our guests. Our extensive breakfast buffet with a number of warm and cold variations will get your new vacation days going in the right direction.

"Breakfast time" is from 7:00 am to 10:00 am and for those who like to sleep in, we also serve a small but fine "late riser" breakfast until 11:00 am.

At 12:30 pm our elegant, fully air-conditioned restaurant "Tope de Coroa" opens for lunch "à la carte".

For those who only feel the twinge of a "small hunger", we happily serve light dishes and tasty morsels as well as vegetarian dishes on request.

From 5 pm to 7:30 pm, our guests can enjoy happy hour at the comfy hotel bar "Fontainhas", where drinks are half price.

Your evening à la carte dinner is served from 7:30 pm to 10 pm.
Let us spoil you with candlelight and a romantic background music while you enjoy the lukewarm evening air of a wonderful, evanescent vacation day.
Our nighthawks will also get the right bang for their buck. Our hotel bar is opened until midnight and beginning in 2008, the dance party will be in full swing in our new Cape Verdean night disco right next to the pool terrace.
